Booked via jet2. On return asked to put keys in deposit box. They tried to claim £85 of charges for late return - even thought the return time they stated was 5 hours after I left the country. Had to open complain with jet2 and budget and …

Very long waiting time at the counter to pick up my car, I also booked a VW Taigo type, I was given a Peugeot 208 which is not the same type.

I returned car earlier than it was booked with the full tank and in same condition. There were no additional fees expected. 2 days have passed, the deposit wasn't returned.

if you like a literal 3 hour wait to check in for your car, this is the place for you. Horreendous, line up of over 70 people moving like mollasses. Every other agency was normal wait. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. We reserved a car for 4 days and no one was at the office at the pick-up time. There were 6 other people just standing there trying to figure out how to pick up their cars. No sign. Called a bunch of times. No one picked up. Total scam!

Wir haben ein Auto reserviert, bezahlt und keins bekommen. Dass ich heute eine Aufforderung erhalte, eine Bewertung abzugeben wie ich die Rückgabe des Autos bewerte, empfinde ich als Schikane.
