We absolutely want customers to look closely at our bikes, ask questions and compare models. If my comment came across as unfriendly, that certainly wasn't my intention. We do, however, try to be careful with display bikes, as many are already reserved or prepared for customers. I appreciate your feedback and will take it on board. Catalina hosted the summer challenge last night and it was amazing not only because of how beautiful the island is but because of the how well organized and prepared everything was. Standert bikes are so fun to ride and the group of people who showed up was super nice aswell! 100% recommend to try the new catalina experiences coming up

As a novice, I was looking for a beginners group to head out on cycling adventures. Little did I know I would be met with such friendly people that helped me get accustomed to cycling and group riding. Rented the Standert bikes, helmets and shoes as we were visiting from Australia. Awesome bikes in great condition. Had to put them in the car and they fit easily after taking the wheels off with multitools provided. Great shop and very friendly owner. Would recommend to anyone looking to hire top quality bikes.

Superb customer service, easy and clear communication with the shop owner, high quality bikes with zero issues. Cannot recommend more. We also rented a bike computer, the shop owner helped us with the routing/navigation setup and recommended a great and scenic loop starting from the shop. Thank you, you made our day. 👌🏼✨
