Thanks for your fedback! We work very hard to keep the hostel quiet, doing frequent rounds all night to make sure everything is in order, please have in consideration this a well known party area and, despite our efforts, sometimes there can be some noise at night of people coming in and out.

We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations. We sent three emails explaining the check-in process in detail: one upon reservation, another 48 hours before arrival, and a third on the day of check-in at 09:00. These emails also included links that can be opened directly in Google Maps, clearly showing that the check-in location is only 200 meters away from the hostel, approximately a 3-minute walk. All of our rooms have windows; however, some face an inner courtyard rather than the street.
