Honestly had a great experience with the E bike tour and Mario as our tour guide. Such a fun and different way to see the city, plus the breeze from the bikes is lovely. The E bikes are easy to operate and Mario was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely do one of their tours again if I’m back in Palma!

We rented a few e-bikes from this location for a self-tour. Both the check out and check in of the bikes was disorganized since there's only one employee at the shop who also runs the guided tours and locks up the shop when he is gone. …
Thank you for your review. When you came i saw that you were looking for a guided bike tour but that was not what you booked for. Palma has a lot of bike lanes so i do encourage the people to also take bikes to go on their own, of course if they are usual riders. But for both experienced and non experienced people, we totally recommend a guided tour through the city, you would feel safe.
